We Created On-Brand Learning Resources That Strengthen the Student Experience

Every interaction a student has with a language school shapes their perception of the brand. Not just the website or social media.

For Learn Cuban Spanish, we developed a suite of professionally branded learning resources designed to create a consistent, engaging experience across every stage of the student’s learning journey.

From lesson materials and workbooks to video content and teacher resources, every touchpoint was designed to feel unmistakably like Learn Cuban Spanish.

The Challenge

Many language schools invest heavily in attracting students but overlook what happens once lessons begin.

Students often receive worksheets, presentations and learning materials that feel disconnected from the brand, with inconsistent colours, fonts and layouts.

This creates a fragmented learning experience and misses an opportunity to reinforce the school’s identity throughout the student’s journey.

Learn Cuban Spanish wanted every resource to feel professional, cohesive and instantly recognisable.

Our Solution

We developed a complete suite of branded learning materials that reflected the visual identity established during the branding phase.

Rather than designing each resource individually, we created a consistent design system that could be applied across every student touchpoint.

This included:

  • Branded conversation workbooks

  • Professionally edited lesson videos

  • Teacher feedback templates

  • Lesson handouts

  • Student worksheets

  • Presentation templates

  • Downloadable learning resources

Every resource incorporated the same colour palette, typography and visual language found throughout the Learn Cuban Spanish brand, creating a seamless experience whether students were watching a lesson, completing a workbook or receiving feedback from their teacher.

One of the resources we developed was The Cuban Conversation Library.

Students listen to authentic Cuban phone conversations before working through an accompanying workbook containing transcripts, English translations and comprehension activities.

Rather than treating the workbook and videos as separate resources, we designed them as a single learning experience.

The videos incorporated the Learn Cuban Spanish brand colours, typography and graphic style, while the accompanying workbook mirrored those same design elements.

This visual consistency helped reinforce the brand while creating a polished, engaging experience for learners.

Consistency doesn’t stop once someone becomes a student.

To ensure the brand remained recognisable throughout the learning journey, we also designed branded templates for teacher communication.

When teachers send lesson feedback, notes or supporting materials, every document carries the same visual identity through consistent typography, colours and branded layouts.

Although these details may seem small individually, together they contribute to a more professional and memorable student experience.

Results

By creating a consistent visual experience across every learning resource, Learn Cuban Spanish reinforces its identity at every stage of the student journey.

The result is a learning experience that feels polished, professional and instantly recognisable, helping students build a stronger connection with the brand while supporting their progress.
